Terrace area residents will get a chance to hear tonight from the four candidates hoping to win the NDP nomination for Skeena-Bulkley Valley in the upcoming federal election.

Taylor Bachrach, Greg Brown, Annita McPhee and Amanda Ramsay are running to replace veteran MP Nathan Cullen, who announced in March that he would not seek re-election in October.

Tonight's public gathering at the Thornhill Community Centre starts at 7pm --- and is the third in a series of five all-candidate forums taking place across the riding.

Two more debates are coming up this weekend:  Saturday afternoon at Coast Mountain College in Smithers and Sunday afternoon at the Hazel Branch in Hazelton -- starting at 1pm both days.

Forums were held last week in Kitimat and Prince Rupert, although McPhee was not able to attend, due to her participation in a First Nations Justice Forum in Vancouver.
