Cow Bay Café has been a local favourite for many years which inspired Chef Adrienne Johnston to come out with a book last fall called "No More Secrets". With the success of this book in the North, Johnston has decided to hit the road next week to promote her book.

“We’re going to Terrace, Smithers, Houston, Vanderhoof, and Prince George,” said Johnston.

Johnston plans on kicking off her road trip next Wednesday in Terrace and says she hopes this tour will help connect her with some of her readers.

“[I hope to] meet people. If they have questions about things in the book, maybe I can answer for them face to face and just to let them know that there’s a person behind it and it’s authentic.”

Johnston says she’ll be reading to guests excerpts from her cookbook at bookstores and libraries during her Northern road trip.

“The stories [are] about what has inspired me to do some of the things I do. Things I can relate it to. Where some of the seeds for wanting a restaurant got planted”

 With over 25 hundred copies already sold since the release, Johnston hopes she can inspire more people to try her recipes.
