Possible COVID Exposure on Terrace Flight

Kathy Brookes

The B.C. Centre for Disease Control is reporting a possible COVID-19 exposure on an airline flight out of Terrace last Thursday.

The centre's flight exposure list shows that Air Canada flight 8241 on October 8th, flying from Terrace to Vancouver, may have exposed passengers to the virus, after a confirmed case was identified.

Passengers in rows 13 through 17 may have been affected.

They're being asked to monitor themselves for any symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days.

If symptoms do develop, they're being told to contact 8-1-1 -- or their health care provider to arrange for testing.
