Smoke from Alberta's massive wildfires is causing problems in many parts of BC -- including the Bulkley Valley and Lakes District.
Environment Canada has issued a "Smoky Skies Bulletin" -- saying several regions in BC are being impacted -- or are likely to be impacted -- by wildfire smoke over the next 24-to-48 hours.

The weather office warns that, during a wildfire, smoke conditions can change quickly over short distances and can vary considerably hour-by-hour.
People with pre-existing health conditions, the elderly, infants, children and sensitive individuals are more likely to experience health effects from smoke exposure.
