As the in-land port project winds its way through the approval process, residents can now view the virtual open houses for the proposed project until December 9th.
This comes after public health orders have changed, resulting in no public events.
The public hearing will now be held on December 17th from 5 to 9 pm at the Terrace Sportsplex. Residents will provide the council with their official position for or against the proposed bylaw amendments.
Those who wish to share their opinions can do so in person or in writing.
There will be strict protocols in place for this event with mandatory mask requirements, sign-in on entry for contract tracing, and physical distancing for participants.
On December 18th council will decide whether or not to pass the proposed bylaw amendments at a special council meeting at the city hall.
