The BC River Forecast Centre has issued a High Streamflow Advisory for the Skeena River watershed including Kitsumkalum and tributaries and smaller streams around Kispiox, Hazelton, Gitsegukla, Gitanyow, Gitwangak, and other communities downstream. The Centre is also maintaining a High Streamflow Advisory for the North Coast including tributaries and smaller streams near Gitlax̱t'aamiks (New Aiyansh), Terrace, and Stewart.
