The BC Northern Real Estate Board has publicly released their year end report for 2025 and they reported that there were 4750 property sales worth $2.1 Billion, which was up from 2024’s numbers of 4665 sales worth $1.9 Billion.
As for some individual municipalities and areas, Prince Rupert saw 159 properties worth $68.3 million in 2025 compared to 166 properties worth $65.4 Million in 2024, Terrace had 290 properties worth $152.3 million sold after 2024’s numbers of 274 properties worth $120.1 Million and Kitimat produced 164 sales worth $68.1 Million after selling 183 properties worth $67.6 Million in 2024.
