Starting at noon tomorrow, Category 3 Open Fires are set to become prohibited in the Cassiar Fire Zone as well as some parts of the Skeena Fire Zone.
The parts of the Skeena Zone that are getting hit with the ban are the Old Kalum portion of the Coast Mountain Forest District and the Stikine Portion of the Skeena Stikine Forest District.
These new bans come about a month after Category 3 were also not allowed anymore, but in the Bulkley and Nadina Fire Zones.
