The City of Prince Rupert recently announced that they are planning another major road closure later this week.
In their announcement, the City said that starting first thing tomorrow, the 6th Avenue West road covering the area between McBride and Thompson Street will be fully closed down.
The closure is happening due to work on replacing the failing pipes continuing.
Nearby sidewalks will remain open and both emergency vehicles and vehicles whose destination is in the construction area will be allowed through.
