Among the multitude of community events that take place during the summer in northwestern BC, the City of Terrace tried something a little different not that long ago.
Terrace held what was called the Popsicles in the Park event at George Little Park as a way to celebrate the fact that June is Recreation and Parks month.
At the inaugural edition of the event, around 500 popsicles were given out and the City went onto thank their staff and their various partners like the Terrace Public Library and Skeena Diversity Society for helping make the event so successful.
