Court Date for woman accused of making firearm threats moved

A woman that is facing several charges after she was accused of threatening a group of teens with a firearm was scheduled to appear at the Terrace Courthouse earlier this morning.

But the court session was apparently moved to a later date and it is currently unknown as to why the session was moved and it’s also unclear what the new date for the woman’s hearing will be.

The alleged initial incident reportedly happened back on June 24th at around 11 PM and occurred on Benner Street while the teens were said to be in the midst of playing a game of Manhunt by the woman’s property.

Luckily, no one was injured and the Terrace RCMP later ended up searching the woman’s home and seizing the firearm while also placing her under arrest.
