The Houston RCMP got word back on New Year’s Day that three suspects had broken into a residence on the 3700 Block of Baggerman Crescent, held the resident inside at gunpoint and allegedly threatened to light the property on fire.
Both the Police and Fire Department immediately responded and after a thorough investigation was conducted, three people were arrested.
Two search warrants were also executed on a property in the 2000 block of Gushwa Crescent in connection with the case, where various weapons, drug paraphernalia, ammunition and cash were discovered and seized.
However, the investigation is still ongoing and anyone with more information is asked to call the Houston RCMP at 250-845-2204.
