Last weekend saw the Kitimat Police and firefighters compete in their annual charity Guns and Hoses Hockey Game at the Tamitik Arena.
The game saw the Fire Department take home a convincing victory by a score of 7 to 3.
The crowd at the game was described as packed and it was said that around $25,000 was raised for the Kitimat Fire Ladder of Hope Charity this year.
The event’s organizers went onto thank every sponsor, volunteer, and Kitimat community member that helped put on another successful game.
