The Kitimat RCMP recently posted the first weekly report of the new year that covered the beginning of January.
The report led with some good news as it said that officers on shift saw new year’s celebrations occur without much trouble.
An intoxicated person did need help to get home to their family and an argument did have to be broken up but outside of that, there were no impaired drivers found and Police also saw lots of safe rides home being provided.
