The Masset RCMP released a statement about a recent drug bust that resulted from a months long investigation.
The investigation began back in May of this year, as they determined that suspected drug trafficking activity was taking place on the 1500-block of Burgess Avenue in Masset and the 100-block of Raven Avenue in Old Masset.
And on October 3rd, they executed several search warrants, which resulted in a man being arrested and around $11,000 in Canadian Currency and over 200 grams of suspected cocaine being seized.
The arrested man has since been released, pending future charge approval.
