Some very good news has come out of the Red Chris Mine Incident that had seen three Hy-Tech Drilling workers get trapped inside of the mine.

But late last night, the men, who were publicly identified as Kevin Coumbs, Darien Maduke, and Jesse Chubaty, have safely made their way to the surface.

Newmont Canada has since released a statement saying that they are deeply grateful for the help they got for rescuing the men and they’ll also look to figure out what exactly caused this entrapment.
