The Northwest Regional Terrace-Kitimat Airport has posted yet another one of their monthly passenger number reports.
The numbers this time covered the month of August and it was the airport’s busiest month of the year so far, as the 26,874 people that passed through the airport is the largest number they have seen in 2026.
It was an almost 6,000 person increase from July and no other 2026 monthly total has come all that close to matching it.
