The upcoming SeaFest weekend in Prince Rupert will also feature a chance for people to find a marine related career if they’re looking for one.
Sunday June 14th will see the 2026 edition of the Marine Careers Expo take place at the Cow Bay Marina from 11 AM until 3 PM.
This event is free to enter and is hosted by the combination of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Canadian Coast Guard and the Canadian Marine Careers Foundation.
The event will also feature ship tours, interactive activities and representatives from various organizations like Fisheries and Oceans Canada, BC Ferries and BC Coast Pilots.
