The City of Prince Rupert announced that their long standing Boil Water notice has finally been lifted after Northern Health confirmed that all the construction issues have been dealt with.
The other major condition of water samples needing to pass multiple tests over a span of a few weeks were also met.
This notice had been in place since early October and resulted from issues related to the City’s BIG Construction Project.
Residents were also thanked by the City for their patience during this lengthy timeframe.
