The Prince Rupert Port Authority recently released their 2024 Annual Report, which laid out all of their key operational statistics in addition to their infrastructure improvements.
The most interesting reveal in the report might’ve been the fact that the Authority gained $30 Million in net income despite seeing a 1 percent decrease in cargo volumes from 2023.
It was also mentioned by the report that serious progress was made on a pair of major projects in the CANXPORT project and the Ridley Energy Export Facility.
And the Authority touted their work in improving local environmental leadership and stewardship.
The entirety of the report is available on the PRPA’s website.
