Back in the later part of September, the Prince Rupert RCMP got word of an assault where an elderly man was found lying on the side of the road with some significant injuries.
Despite attempts to save him at the Klemtu Clinic first and then the Bella Bella Hospital, the man ended up passing away due to his injuries.
The Prince Rupert Police are still investigating this case although they have said that they don’t believe there’s a risk to general public because of it.
