The Prince Rupert RCMP Based Victim Services will be holding an event tomorrow to raise awareness about intimate partner violence and how such physical abuse can lead to overlooked brain injuries.
At the Northern Brain Injury Association office in the Rupert Square Mall, various information tables will be set up from 11 AM until 1 PM to make people more aware of domestic violence on Purple Thursday.
The event will also have snacks, coffee and a free to enter draw.
