Return to Self event being held at Harmony Hands Healing Center in January

On January 10th and 11th, the Harmony Hands Healing Center will be utilized by Amy Bolton and Bluebell Quock to hold their two day long Return to Self event.

Bolton then gave some insight into how the idea for the workshop came about;

“When we originally created it, it was a four day version and our vision was to do workshop style stuff. Sitting in a circle in the beginning and then in the afternoon, doing more medicine making and bringing more of the herbal plants into the picture. It’s more of a experience than a workshop because we’ve included a lot of different healing modalities and we use what’s called a two eye seeing approach.”

Quock provided some information of her own on how the pair builds their workshops.

“We try to put specifics into our workshops and we’re going to be building on our previous workshops, we’ll be adding stuff as we go.”

Bolton next described what the pair did in their previous workshop;

“Last time we did a circle called the backpack approach. And it’s removing things in our life that are no longer helping us. So letting go of those things and sitting in a circle, which is such a beautiful layout rather than sitting at desks or tables. And I love that Blue brought that into the picture because it’s so powerful.”

Some activities in the new workshop have been described as Guided Healing Sessions, Body Talk Meditations and Hands on Medicine Making rooted in ancient and modern practices.

There are only 8 spots available to attend and they cost $250 until January 3rd, and then the price increases to $300.

Bolton also spoke about what they hope the attendees will take away from their time at the workshop;

“The main takeaway is that people can return to their bodies and within a lot of my work, I’m always reminding people when they show up to trust their intuition. We all have intuition. We all have the ability to connect within ourselves. Often we’re way up in our heads and we’re so caught up in the world, so over the course of the two days, we’re offering tools and skills so that people can return back to themselves and have more self-love.”

While there isn’t any concrete plans at this point, the pair hope to hold more workshops like this down the line in other communities.
