Due to the poor weather conditions, Coast Mountains School District 82 has cancelled bus services in a multitude of communities.
The communities hit by this cancellation include Terrace, Thornhill, Hazelton, Kitwanga as well as Kitimat.
The School District also mentioned that the Bear Valley School in Stewart has closed due to a power outage, although all the other schools in the District will still be open.
The School District does not know at this point if the cancellation will be in place tomorrow as well.
