The Town of Smithers has announced that they are intending to sell of a pair of pieces of land in the near future.
The first piece is one that is located at 3736 Sixteenth Avenue and that one will transfer over to the Bulkley Valley Collaborative Learning Society, who will also be given a 5 year lease for said land.
As for the other piece, that will go to SureWX Inc. and it’s located at the Smithers Regional Airport with it’s own 5 year lease.
