The Smithers & Area Housing Society recently sent a Form and Character Development Permit with Variance application to the Town of Smithers in an attempt to start a construction project.
Namely, the Society is looking to build two 4-unit duplexes on two parcels of land located at 1841 Princess Street.
Smithers Town Council is set to give consideration to this application at their Regular Council Meeting on February 10th, which starts at 6:30 PM.
