An announcement was recently made by the Taku River Tlingit First Nation that confirmed they will continue collaborating with Canagold Resources Ltd.
The two parties will continue working with one another on the proposed new Polaris mine that would be located deep within the first nation’s territory.
The nation has remained engaged in their discussions with Canagold to ensure that any kind of development that happens on their land is done with their values and laws in mind.
More updates on how the project is advancing are expected to be released at a later date.
