At the start of next month, the Terrace Fire Department is set to once again hold an annual charity event based around a delicious breakfast.
The Canada Day Fire Fighters Pancake Breakfast will run from 8 AM to 11 AM at the City of Terrace Terrace Fire Department’s base of operations on July 1st where it costs $10 for adults to attend and Kids under 5 can get in for free.
All the proceeds from the event will go towards the BC Professional fire fighters’ burn fund, which is dedicated to giving survivor support, preventing burns and helping BC based recovery programs.
The fundraising event was originally created when a family in Terrace needed that kind of assistance and it was decided that it would be held annually after the initial event’s success.
