As part of it’s upcoming celebration for 100 years of being an official municipality, the City of Terrace will be giving out what they’re calling micro grants next year.
The grants in question will range from $200 to $5,000 and they will go towards events, activities, workshops, performances and any other creative project that looks to help share the stories of Terrace and the people who have lived here.
These grants are just one part of the City’s plans to celebrate it’s history, as they also plan to run a Centennial plaza project as well as a weekly story series.
More information on how to apply for a grant is on the City’s website.
