CFTK-TV was recently informed of an incident involving the Terrace RCMP that allegedly took place on Halloween Night at the Best Western Gators Lounge.
The lounge was hosting a Halloween Fundraiser for youth basketball teams when Terrace RCMP Officers appeared and were captured on camera restraining an Indigenous woman using what witnesses on social media described as shocking levels of force without an apparent reason.
CFTK-TV News has reached out to both witnesses and the RCMP and we’ll have a follow up on this situation as more information becomes available.
