Just as it was said in an announcement made towards the end of last week, the Town of Smithers again has let it be known that they’re selling off another piece of land.
This land, like one of the other areas they sold, is located at the Smithers Regional Airport and is headed the way of Summit Air Ltd. in order to allow them to create an office for airline operations.
Summit Air is being given a five year lease for this project, just like the other parties who have bought land from Smithers and more information can be found on the Town’s website.
