Terrace RCMP are investigating a death which was reported on August 15, 2024.
A body was discovered that evening in a wooded area near Park Avenue and Brooks Street. Police believe the death to be suspicious and have not ruled out homicide.
The identity of the deceased has not been confirmed at this time.
Terrace RCMP believe this to be an isolated incident and that there is no threat to the public in relation to this incident.
Police are asking that anyone with any information contact the Terrace detachment at 250-638-7400.
