The Town of Smithers recently sent out a notification to let the locals know that they’re accepting applications for a newly launched program of theirs.
The program is being referred to as the Dollars to the Door Program, which is being funded by the Northern Development Initiative Trust and it will allow for any interested property owners to potentially get a grant of up to $10,000 to use for a multi-unit residential project.
The deadline to apply to the program is June 30th and applications can sent in online.
