The BC Ministry of Health recently confirmed that they’ve committed operational funding in order to support Northern Health and their partners in their work to bring CT Services to Haida Gwaii.
And with that committed funding, the planning and the fundraising for those services is set to move forward.
The fundraising goal for this project is $2 Million and once everything in regards to the project is sorted out, the CT Scanner will be located at the Haida Gwaii Hospital and Health Centre in Daajing Giids.
