The BC Northern Real Estate Board has posted their sales numbers for the first quarter of 2026, which saw them report 825 sales totalling in at $348,068,856 in value.
That was a dip from 2025’s first quarter numbers of 911 sales worth $366,534,616 and as for how certain communities contributed to that number, Terrace saw 50 units sold worth around $21.9 Million, Kitimat’s numbers were at 37 units worth $12.9 Million, Smithers came in at 19 units sold costing $13.5 Million and Prince Rupert’s numbers were listed at 26 units costing $9 Million.
