The community of Kitimat is set to hold a local community event later this week.
This Thursday from 12 PM to 2 PM, the Kitimat Chamber of Commerce, Kitimat Humane Society and Kitimat Bear Aware are teaming up to host a free Barbeque at Lion’s Park, which is located besides the Sam Lindsay Aquatic Centre.
The event is also supposed to feature games and information booths alongside the free food.
