Similar to the Regional District’s announcement, some other local communities have also put out notices about their own local elections.
Namely, it’s the Regional District of Kitimat and Town of Smithers that have released their own notifications to residents, so they’re aware that election day is October 17th.
Both communities also mentioned that nomination documents can be gotten from their respective municipal offices, or in Kitimat’s case, downloaded from their website.
