The Regional District of Kitimat-Stikine is calling out to those who might be interested in operating a kitchen.
Specifically, the RDKS has made the commercial kitchen at the Upper Skeena Recreation Centre in Hazleton available to anyone qualified and experienced who wants to serve as it’s operator.
The Centre is a community hub that hosts a variety of events in a year, and the kitchen serves as a place where patrons can be served food and beverages.
Whoever becomes operator will be responsible for providing the menu, preparing the food, hiring and training staff, cleaning, following health and safety codes and more.
