BC Transit recently announced that the same seasonal service change is coming for both the communities of Kitimat and Prince Rupert.
Route 99 Special is set to resume it’s service at the start of the fall school semester.
That route is intended to make sure that students have an easier and safe time getting to school, although it was deactivated during the summer.
Passengers under 12 can ride BC Transit buses for free province wide.
