The Smithers RCMP recently gave an update on a case that initially began during the last few days of April.
On April 27th, a man was said to have stolen from a business and made threats towards a Police Officer.
And on May 19th, that man, whose name is Logan Solonas was sentenced to 96 days in jail, 12 months probation and a 5-year discretionary firearms prohibition for the charges of theft under $5,000 and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
