Back at the start of September, the Terrace RCMP got word that there was a suspicious looking man located at the Lakelse Lake picnic site.
Parents reported that the man was following female youths to the bathroom and making attempts to spy on them and when he was confronted, the man left the area.
Police are now trying to identify the man, who has been described as a Caucasian male that’s likely between 5 foot 6 and 5 foot 8 with a heavy build and a tattoo on his right forearm.
He’s also believed to be around 50 to 60 years old and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black shorts and shoes with white soles while also carrying a blue lunch bag.
