The woman attended an address on the evening of October 5th, where she was badly beaten with a weapon, forcibly confined, threatened and robbed.

Suspects Matthew Janzen and Brooke Turner were arrested two days later.

A combined total of 24 charges have been laid against them, including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, unlawful confinement, uttering threats, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, robbery and other firearms offences.
